Richard Niebur, considered one of the leading theologians of the twentieth century, gave an address in Northampton, MA, commemorating the 200th anniversary of Jonathan Edwards’ death entitled “The Anachronism of Jonathan Edwards,” which later appeared in The Christian Century.
